Product Description
We offer Current Transformers which consists of a wire wrapped many times around annular silicon steel ring. It consists of a single turn of conductor with secondary on hundreds of turns. It helps in the constant supply of current during the fluctuations. The secondary winding done in current transformers can be of single ration or multi ratio, where five taps are common for multi ration current transformers. These are commonly used in metering and protective relaying in power industry. These facilitate the safe measurement of large currents during fluctuations. It safely isolates measuremnt and control circuitry from high voltages. These are extensively applied in measuring current and monitoring power grids. These are also applied across various other industries and also for domestic purposes and can be customized as per the client needs.
